The Authors & Artists Holiday Gift Sale 2024 is scheduled for November 2, from 10am - 3pm. Set up will be in the acceptance letter.

This is the perfect place to showcase your talents and get your books and artwork out into the world. We are offering a unique opportunity to display and sell your work at our holiday event located in the historic Bel Air Armory. We are primarily seeking local Harford County authors, artists, and artisans.All vendor spaces are 8ft x 8ft and authors will have a table provided. Authors with 1 or 2 published books can share a space/table. Chairs will be provided. Artists may opt for two spaces for larger displays and must bring all racks and tables. Come join us for an exciting and unique holiday shopping event.

Apply now, pay when notified of acceptance. We generally have more applications than space available. We will make selections based upon what you made yourself. Please list all items you plan to sell.

We are looking to increase sales through attendance and will be looking for participants that will help promote the event through social media and other avenues so please list how you can help in the product selling box..
Payment / Acceptance
Applications will be reviewed, and if accepted, you will be notified when (and where) to send a check for the event. We plan on having all vendors notified by early June. The fee will be non-refundable since we are working with the Town of Bel Air and their funding process.
